Let's get to know each other!

I am a latecomer to the insurance sector. Before that, I was a young entrepreneur. After graduating from the Department of Guidance and Psychological Counselling at METU, I worked in the human resources departments of different companies in Ankara and Istanbul. Later, I established my own consultancy company and made a rapid entry into the management of company, clients and staff at a young age. Like many companies, the economic crisis in the early 2000s changed my life. I started my second career with a job offer from my client in the insurance sector, I grew up from the ground up, worked hard, read a lot, asked a lot.

My peers who work in the same sector understand it much better, insurance is a product that is not well understood and the details are not recognised. Although it is an institution based on trust, there are many people who express that they do not trust the sector.

In my nearly 30 years of business life, I am about to finish my 23rd year in insurance. I decided to share what I know, to develop solutions to problems, and to be a companion to those who choose and love this profession.
